Well, I started off the New Year with a weigh-in yesterday where there was no weight change. I don't consider that to be a bad thing for 2 reasons: (1) I was half expecting a weight gain since the Wii Fit told me I was up and (2) the pants I bought 3 weeks ago, which were tight when I bought them, actually fit great. So all is good.
My big focus (aka resolution) for 2010 is food! I need to eat more veggies. I need fun and tasty ways to incorporate them into my diet. But I also want to try some new recipes. So I need to push myself to put together a meal plan each week. I need to sit down with recipes and maybe put them together into some sort of binder and then use these to build my grocery list. No more excuses. I love to cook and I love food and I want to lose this weight, so there's no reason for me not to do this.
Here's to big sucess for a smaller me in 2010!
Good luck to you, but I do have to say that you don't look like 206 pounds.
